Programs are organized into 6 modules, most of which are divided into three key units:
-
Neural Redress → Focuses on lower frequencies and primarily body activation to calm the nervous system and release stored tension.
-
Cognitive Deployment → Uses mid-frequencies to support communication, regulation, and activation in the mid-body (diaphragm to neck).
-
Bilateral Control → Employs higher frequencies to enhance creativity, expression, and upper-body engagement (jaw, vision, and facial muscles).

All programs follow this safe, step-by-step flow to gently retrain the nervous system—from deep body activation to creative expression and balanced hemispheric integration.
The progression flows from Neural Redress → Cognitive Deployment → Bilateral Control, culminating in unfiltering and a shift to the right side of the body (activating the right hemisphere for enhanced communication, grounding, and integration with the left brain).
- Modules 1–4 are well-balanced across the three units.
- Module 5 emphasizes Bilateral Control.
- Module 6 emphasizes Cognitive Deployment.
While programs vary in activation strength (from softest to strongest), they all follow this structured progression.
Important Considerations for Deep Trauma and Specific Needs
Deep trauma integration (often rooted in pregnancy, birth, or early childhood) requires higher filtering but isn't suitable for everyone at the start. If anxiety, long-term stress, or conditions like acute/complex PTSD are present, begin with programs focused on anxiety, vagus nerve regulation, or PTSD to help the nervous system slow down and build safety first.
-
Neurodivergent programs (for kids & adults) use high filtering (up to 10,000 Hz), with activation strength tailored to the condition:
- ADHD: Gentle activation (highly sensitive to overstimulation).
- Sensory Support: Moderate activation.
- OCD: Includes tempo slowing to shift away from obsessive thoughts.
- ASD: Stronger activation to gently penetrate protective shielding, with tempo acceleration to counter depression tendencies.
-
Brain Injury, Neurodegenerative Care, Tinnitus, and Hearing programs progressively increase filtering but plateau at lower levels (2,000 Hz → 4,000 Hz → 6,000 Hz) for safety and comfort.
-
Anxiety and Trauma programs limit filtering to 2,000 Hz maximum, as they are designed for heavy anxiety, long-term stress, and nervous system reset.
This unified approach ensures every program is safe, progressive, and adaptable to your unique journey.
